Come recharge your energy and calm your mind during a four-day intensive Tai Chi course. We will practice every afternoon, approximately 4 hours a day, depending on the intensity of the training.

When and where?
Starting at 5:00 PM in a pleasant setting:
– outdoors in the park and at Heaven Gym in good weather
– indoors at our office on Kněžská Street in case of rain

The course is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants. You can sign up for the full course or choose to attend on individual days.
