Suši (sushi) is one of the most famous meals of Japanese cuisine. Most people imagine mainly raw fish meat with rice, but sushi is mainly cooked rice associated with a special sweet and sour sauce of dry matter (sweet and sour sauce = a mixture of rice vinegar, sugar, salt) ready for this purpose.

The price for one lesson is 700 CZK (3 hours). Max 12 people.
